I understand that participation in Wheels for Warriors involves inherent risks, including but not limited to damage to vehicles, personal injury, property damage, and other unforeseen events. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Thrive Wealth Group, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, costs, or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to my participation in the event—whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that I am solely responsible for my vehicle, personal belongings, and any property I bring to the event. I agree to comply with all event rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without refund. I grant permission for photographs and/or videos of my vehicle and myself to be used for promotional purposes in any media format without compensation. I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability.
